About This Activity
This four-week beginner's crocheted vest class taught by Cicada London, is designed for students who want to build their crochet skills while creating a wearable piece of their own using the classic granny square technique, students will learn how to create and join granny squares to construct a crocheted vest from start to finish. Throughout the four sessions, Cicada will guide students through the techniques, construction, and finishing details needed to complete the project. By the end of the class, students will have a finished vest and the skills and confidence to continue exploring crochet on their own. No prior experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to experiment. All levels are welcome, and materials will be provided. Any class payments above the suggested class fee (Take a Class/Give a Class, Help a Neighbor, Sponsor Materials) are tax deductible and will be acknowledged via email for tax purposes.
