About This Activity
Your child ages 6-10 is invited to join our Youth Art Instructors for a week creative collaging on canvas with made and found objects, layering and creating a final work of art. This is a hands-on art experience for the entire week and will include a presentation/ reflection time at 1PM on Friday in which the families will be invited to view and listen to the camp participants reflect on their learning, the artistic process, and their final project. Camp includes art projects, games, snacks and outdoor playtime (weather permitting). Campers should plan on bringing their own lunch, a water bottle, a snack, and clothing appropriate for the weather and be ready to have fun and make art! Camp hours are from 9am-4pm. Please pre-register your child for this camp. Participants DO NOT need a BASE membership or to be enrolled in BASE after school programs. Any class payments above the suggested class fee (Take a Class/Give a Class, Help a Neighbor, Sponsor Materials) are tax deductible and will be acknowledged via email for tax purposes.
