Art Start is an early childhood free art program designed to introduce preschool-aged children to visual learning, creativity, and self-expression. Each session blends interactive story time with a hands-on art activity, allowing children to explore ideas, materials, and artistic concepts in an engaging and age appropriate way. Through creative play and guided instruction, children build visual literacy, spark their imagination, and develop early skills that support confidence and future academic success. Art Start also emphasizes social and emotional growth by encouraging communication, cooperation, and respect in a warm, supportive environment. Classes are intentionally small and limited to 10 children. Parent or guardian attendance is required, encouraging shared creativity and support.
