The Art of Weaving: Grades 6-12
Instructor: Rachel Brunhild
Students will learn how to design and weave fabric on a frame loom. They will also learn how to hand stitch and embellish their fiber art with a variety of mixed media. Each class focuses on creativity, experimentation, and skill building.
Students should bring a portable frame loom to class on the first day:
•Looms can range in height from 20” to 24”.
•Looms can be purchased at local craft stores or online.
•Yarns will be provided in class.
