A Japanese Martial Art since 1882 by Jigoro Kano. Also known as the gentle way because of the lack of striking and kicks, Judo is anything but gentle with amazing throws, pins and submissions. It is a fast paced sport that's been an Olympic sport since 1964. This is a great workout and is also known to be very good self defense as you use your opponent's strength and size against them.
