A Japanese Martial Art developed in the early 1900's with the focus on Kicking and Punching. Also known as the way of the closed fist, Karate is a Martial Art that is great for focus. Using Kata (patterns of movement that include kicking, striking and blocks), Karate is a great workout for mobility, self defense and focus.
