The Bryanston summer hockey camp is a fantastic opportunity for players of all abilities to experience an exciting and engaging week tailored to develop all areas of hockey. The course will allow children to learn and develop a wide range of skills and tactics in a positive environment that encourages creativity, individuality, resilience and supports a growth mindset. This new remodelled course will allow all attendees of all abilities to improve their knowledge and skill both technically and tactically while also taking part in video analysis, nutritional education and strength and conditioning sessions. Lead by head of hockey and current national league coach James Morris, the course will comprise of sessions that are in-line with England hockey’s golden thread, designed to develop players of the future. These sessions will include, but not be limited to. Small-sided game play 1v1 elimination skills Defensive skills Distribution and goal scoring exercises Prehabilitation sessions and strength & conditioning sessions in our Performance Sport room lead by our head of performance sport Classroom-based video analysis sessions On pitch analysis Nutrition-based session that will allow an opportunity for attendees to create and build their own healthy snacks All of which will include individual feedback tailored to develop each and every child.
