About This Activity
Our introduction to bouldering for all abilities session is for anyone looking for a first time experience of climbing. Children will learn the basics of the movements and challenge themselves to a new sport. This course will also gear children with some fundamental life skills and improve their balance, agility and coordination. If children have a basic knowledge of climbing, the session will develop their knowledge. They will learn how to effectively stand on holds, the different types of hand holds and be challenged to complete some of the tougher routes on our climbing wall.
