About This Activity
Bryanston's bouldering day is for all abilities age 8 - 13 years. It will be an introduction to bouldering for anyone looking for a first time experience of climbing. You will be learning about the basics of the movements and challenging themselves to a new sport. This course will also gear you with some fundamental life skills and movements improving your balance, agility and coordination. If you have a basic knowledge of climbing, the day will develop a climber's knowledge. You will learn how to effectively stand on holds, the different types of hand holds and you can challenge yourself to complete some of the tougher routes on our climbing wall.
