This class explores art techniques to help reduce stress levels and heal from everyday or lifelong emotional challenges. Discover your inner artist, heal your soul wounds, spend time immersed in art. Creativity is a powerful tool that can be used to help improve mental health and wellbeing and art offers one way to tap into your creative side.
This class will focus on drawing and demonstrate how art can be used as a kind of treatment to cope with stress and help individuals to decompress, relax, and visualize life improvements.
