Description
Yin yoga is a gentle practice that balances the mind-body connection through stillness and breathing. In this class, we will practice restorative yoga poses held for 1 to 3 minutes to allow the body to gently get deeper into the muscle fascia releasing any tension. It helps to increase circulation in the joints and improves flexibility. Yin yoga calms the mind and central nervous system, bringing harmony into a hectic fast-paced life!Location
