About This Activity
**This trip is a lottery to give everyone an equal opportunity to attend. The lottery for this trip will occur on Thursday Sept 17th so please sign up before then. I will be sending out communication letting you know who is on the trip that afternoon.** Trip Description: There is nothing better than getting in a tube and floating down the river. RiverGirl, a river outfitter in Todd, NC, has let us borrow some of their tubes so we can do a float from Green Valley to Todd. Join us for an afternoon of fun in the sun! What to bring: A hearty snack Change of clothes/bathing suit Towel Water bottle Warm layer What to bring: - Swimsuit (must be appropriate) or clothes that you don't mind getting wet - Sandals that can be secured to your feet or water shoes (flip flops not recommended) - Full change of clothes (including shoes) - Water - Hardy snack - Small day bag that can get wet - Rain Jacket - Towel - Sunscreen - Hat/sunglasses
