About This Activity
Description
Whether your child is interested in becoming a head chef or simply creating a delicious snack, the Art of Cooking is a wonderful opportunity to connect your culinary explorer to old favorites and a few new things, too! This class will take place in the art room and develop your child's listening skills, ability to follow directions and work together with others in a fun and creative atmosphere. In addition to taking home tasty treats, children will also create their own cookbooks to take home at the end of the semester.

| · This is a DROP-OFF program for the season (guardian leaves the participant). Please note our locations do not have waiting areas or lobbies. Please use the side door on River Street to enter. Ask our front desk to direct you if needed. |
| · An administrative fee ($20) will be applied for excessive withdrawal requests as well as after the start of the season. |
| · Hill House is a nut free facility. However, if your child has a food related allergy or dietary restriction, please email Jamie Kelly jkelly@hillhouseboston.org |
| · By registering for this program, all Hill House families have checked off an acknowledgement upon enrolling and are thus expected to abide by our Code of Conduct—treating our staff, volunteers, and other families with respect. Violations will be reported, and multiple violations may result in action, including removal from programs. |

Cancellation & Make-up Class Policy: |
| · Should a session be cancelled, you will be notified via email and text. |
| · The status of programs will also always be confirmed on our Updates Page. |
| · If any sessions are cancelled, we would make up the class for the end of the season. |
| · If class is cancelled due to inclement weather or the instructor being unavailable, we will offer a make-up class. |
| · Please note make-up classes will only be offered for cancelled classes and not for any absences/personal conflicts/voluntarily skipped weeks during the season. |
