Whether your child is interested in becoming a head chef or simply creating a delicious snack, Little Chefs is a wonderful opportunity to connect your culinary explorer to old favorites and a few new things, too! This class will take place in the kitchen and develop your child's listening skills, ability to follow directions and work together with others in a fun and creative atmosphere. In addition to taking home tasty treats, children will also create their own cookbooks to take home at the end of the semester.
Equipment needed for this program:• All needed equipment or materials will be provided by Hill House.Important guidelines and notes for this season:• Families are expected to have a guardian or caretaker DROP-OFF their child and leave Hill House facilities. Drop off at the door on River Street • Adults MUST CHECK-IN with Hill House Staff when dropping off, and SIGN-OUT when picking up.• Please email the Programs Manager Jamie Kelly if your child has any allergies at jkelly@hillhouseboston.org• We are unfortunately unable to provide individual make-up classes if the participant is absent.• An administrative fee ($20) may be applied for withdrawal requests after the start of the season.• For our most up-to-date health & safety guidelines regarding COVID-19, please visit our website’s dedicated COVID-19 page.• All Hill House families are expected to abide by our Code of Conduct—treating our staff, volunteers, and other families with respect. Violations will be reported, and multiple violations may result in action, including removal from programs.
