About This Activity
Start your first knitting project: a pair of fingerless gloves! Our knitting teacher will show you how to start your project and knit. Students are asked to bring yarn and knitting needles with them to this lesson. We recommend starting with a worsted weight yarn (medium thickness, light colored yarn that is not fuzzy or textured is easier to begin with) and appropriately sized needles (US 8, 16 inch circular) Yarn and hooks will be available with a 10% off class discount if students prefer to purchase materials before class begins.
