About This Activity
Description
This camp is designed for youth athletes participating in any sport and provides them with the opportunity to work on mastering their body control and mechanics as related to movements such as jumping, landing, acceleration and changing direction. By developing these skills and implementing them in their sports, players will be more dynamic and explosive in their movement as well as reducing their risk for injury.
