About This Activity
Important information below, please review carefully before completing your registration. Program fees are non-refundable once the camp begins. A partial refund (program fee minus $75) will be issued for withdrawals or cancellations made up to 24 hours before the session begins. Athletes will be dropped off on Wednesday morning and picked up Sunday afternoon. Drop off and pick up are at the SMBA office. An official confirmation with a packing list and additional details will be emailed out to all registered participants 1-week before the session begins. This is an overnight camping trip in Crested Butte, and the trip will focus on the racing opportunities and events linked to the CB Devo Jr. Bike week event. Athletes must pre-register for the events separately at this link: https://www.bikesignup.com/Race/CO/CrestedButte/JuniorBikeWeek There is no onsite registration for the event. The group will be camping in the town park designated camping area for event participants. Athletes who want to participate in the races must register for the races separately at this link: https://juniorbikeweek.itsyourrace.com/event.aspx?id=9624 Athletes who plan to race must come prepared with the proper equipment for an enduro race (coach will go through this with athletes before trip). All athletes participating in this trip must bring a bike adequate for rugged singletrack, safe working, well-fitting helmet (no cracks, dents, sunlight damage, or compressed foam), a hydration pack that can carry all necessary items for a full day of riding in the backcountry, and camping gear. Athletes are responsible for maintaining and keeping track of all their belongings for the duration of the trip.
