About This Activity
Important information below, please review carefully before completing your registration. Program fees are non-refundable once the camp begins. A partial refund (program fee minus $75) will be issued for withdrawals or cancellations made up to 24 hours before the session begins. Athletes will be dropped off at 8am on Monday, March 25th and picked up of Friday late afternoon on March 29th. Drop off and pick up are at the SMBA office. This is a 5-day overnight camping trip. The group will be camped at Sand Flats Recreation area in Moab, UT. Athletes must be comfortable camping with other athletes in rustic conditions; and will be responsible for bringing and keeping track of their own camping gear throughout the week. Athletes must be prepared to follow all SMBA rules, listen to coaches' instructions, and work cooperatively with coaches and other athletes on the trip. Athletes must have intermediate to advanced mountain bike skills. This trip does not include beginner rides. Athletes must have a safe well-fitting helmet in good condition and must bring a mountain bike that is in safe and good working condition, and adequate for rugged trails. An official confirmation with a packing list and additional details will be emailed out to all registered participants 1-week before the session begins.
