About This Activity
Focusing in Traditional Taekwon-Do and practical Self-Defense We want you to feel great after each workout, to feel proud of the skills you’re developing, and to become confident as you head out into the world! You’ll train with one of our skilled instructors to develop balance, flexibility, endurance, and strength along with practical defense techniques. We’ll work WITH you to set achievable goals and provide positive feedback so you’ll know you’re on the right track! Make new friends while training together in partner exercises that emphasize awareness of your body, timing of your movements, and learning how to react under pressure. We believe that training in martial arts develops more than just a body, but also an attitude of respect, a mind that overcomes challenges & a spirit of confidence to take into the world. Mr. Good is a 5th Dan Black Belt and has been training for over 30 years! Mr. Brown is 1st Dan Black Belt and has been training with Mr. Good for the past 3+ years. Mr. Brown is also the parent of a Mack 5th grader who is also a 1st Dan Black Belt and involved in the program. Take a break from the screens, have fun, make new friends, and learn a new skill that will help show your character and make the world a brighter place! We want you to be Radiant! ***this class runs every Friday. On short Fridays class will run from 12:45-2:15pm.
