Work with one of our nationally certified Nutrition Coaches & Personal Trainers to kickstart and succeed in a new routine. Whether you are new to exercise, want to learn to build healthy habits, or want to maximize your performance, this customized four-week program can help you achieve your nutrition and fitness goals. This program includes access to weekly 1:1 virtual nutrition coaching sessions and 1:1 in-person training sessions over four weeks. Price includes: o 1 – 50-minute Initial Nutrition Consultation o 3 – 30-minute Follow Up Nutrition Sessions o 1 – 90-minute Get Started Personal Training Session o 3 – 30-minute Follow Up Personal Training Coaching Sessions Weekly Breakdown: Week 1: 1 – 50-minute Initial Nutrition Consultation 1 – 90 minute Get Started Personal Training Session Week 2: 1 – 30-minute Follow-Up Nutrition Session & 1 – 30-minute Follow-Up Personal Training Coaching Session Week 3: 1 – 30-minute Follow-Up Nutrition Session 1 – 30-minute Follow-Up Personal Training Coaching Session Week 4: 1 – 30-minute Follow-Up Nutrition Session 1 – 30-minute Follow-Up Personal Training Coaching Session All nutrition coaching sessions are held virtually.
