Coach Mike's Spring Running Group is back for another season! Join me after school each Monday this spring for some fun and games! A typical running club day will start with some warm up games and light stretching. We will then have a focus of the day for the run. We might run for 10-20 minutes, with breaks, work on speed and form or engage in some fun relays. We will then finish with some more games and activities and a cool down stretch. There might be a 5k or kids race we can train for or even the Bolder Boulder for the more ambitious! (10k) I hope to see your kiddo out there!
