Stretch, breathe, and create! In Mindful Moves & Making, students will explore yoga, breathing techniques and meditation, and other mindful movement before diving into calming creative projects like stories, glitter jars, beaded necklaces, tea-making, watercolor mandalas, origami, and other inspiring crafts. Each session invites students to slow down, connect with themselves, and bring home something beautiful and meaningful – perfect for the cozy, peaceful months ahead! This class is led by Nic, a certified yoga teacher and classroom educator, who loves helping children find calm through movement and creativity!
