About This Activity
This session will go much deeper into bridge playing strategy. It follows Bridge Basics, and Bridge Strategies. It will go over the basics of competitive bridge. By the end, students should be able to engage in duplicate bridge games, which are slightly different in mechanics than social bridge, and hold their own. If you already can play bridge socially, playing duplicate is easy if you understand a few basic rules. And even if duplicate bridge has no interest for you, this session will also cover some special bidding and playing strategies that will improve your social bridge playing, too.
