About This Activity
In these events, kids will enjoy a special yoga class that introduces children to a non-competitive physical activity that encourages self-esteem and body awareness. The salt cave helps improve breathing and reduces allergy and asthma symptoms. Each class has a different theme to match the time of year. Kids will have fun moving their bodies through yoga & group games! Please register for this event in advance as space is limited. Mats and cave socks are provided. Minimum number of students required for class to make: 1
