This class is for anyone interested in the benefits of yoga without needing to be on the floor. Chair yoga is especially helpful for those with arthritis or other joint challenges or for those who must sit at a desk all day. Learn stretches and other gentle movements while seated in a chair to help reduce tension and stress. NOTE: This class is being offered both online and in the studio. It is the student's choice which method they would like to attend the class.
