In this engaging and interactive class, elementary students will discover the cultures, inventions, and daily life of some of the most influential civilizations in history, including: -Ancient Egypt -Ancient Mesopotamia -Ancient Greece -Ancient Rome -Ancient China Students will learn through hands-on activities, crafts, storytelling, and interactive projects that bring history to life. Hi! I’m Kelly Krutz, and I’m thrilled to be teaching again this year. Originally from Colorado, I’ve been homeschooling my two boys for six years and have been part of the Tampa Bay HEAT community for four years. Teaching is something I truly love, and I enjoy creating hands-on, engaging lessons that make learning exciting and memorable. Outside of teaching, I’m a homeschooling mom and crafter who loves spending time outdoors. Whether it’s a day at the beach, exploring nature, or simply enjoying fresh air with my family, I believe learning happens everywhere—not just in the classroom!
