About This Activity
FunWithBots Coding & Robotics FunWithBots.com is in our 17th year offering STREAM "Stealth Learning" to kids age 4-18 in Hillsborough and surrounding counties. Our weekly class offers students an opportunity to work in small groups with kids their own age as they learn coding, mechanical and structural engineering, logic, physics, and more in an engaging program of hands-on exploration. We use LEGO Robotics and a variety of other developmentally appropriate technology materials to offer high interest learning opportunities with endless FUN. Our professionally created curriculum is Whole Child focused and Inquiry Based to allow students freedom to choose their projects and learning goals. As education professionals, all our programs are inclusive and we have extensive experience accommodating individual learning differences. FunWithBots instructors are trained in differentiated instruction pedagogy to meet each student where they are and to individualize instruction through questioning and observation for maximum FUN and learning. Students will have the opportunity to compete as a FIRST LEGO League team if they desire. Returning students ALWAYS build upon their prior learning and continue their forward progression after a short review of skills to demonstrate mastery.
