About This Activity
We will be covering the basics of robotics and simple machines. We will learn basic coding skills, all about motors and robot parts, fundamental machine mechanics, and more! All while building our own robots and machines using LEGO’s! *Feel free to bring your own LEGO’s and parts from home, but be sure they are in a bag or box labeled with the child’s name! HEAT Graduate and USF College student Emily Binkley has extensive experience as an assistant teacher and volunteer of children's classes. This is her 4th year teaching Lego at the HRC.
