Designed for middle school and high school athletes, this camp improves the following fundamental components of sports training: Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Explosive Power, Core Strength, Cardiovascular Endurance, Mental Toughness and Overall Athletic Performance. Keep your child on the path to progress during their pre-season or off-season schedule.
A minimum of 4 people must be signed up by Friday, July 5th or this training will be canceled
