November-February - 4-month program - Age : Peewee/12U-High School REMOTE VIDEO - 2 video breakdowns per month (two games of your choice) - Follow up reports - Beginning of the year meeting (phone or zoom) - Periodic check-in calls - End Of Season Report and meeting (phone or zoom) - Add on option ($40 per extra video breakdown) Follow up video breakdown reports include: - Statement about positives/things done well - Statement about things to work on or could have done better - What you can do moving forward - drills, exercises, simple fixes on the ice - Overall thoughts about weekend/game and where to go from here Meetings Include: - setting goals - progress tracking - advice moving forward into summer/next season
