About This Activity
Over two days and 4 hours on ice, players train in a competitive 5:1 player-to-coach environment. Co-ed, Ages 6–17 welcome. Groups split out by skill level and age. Forwards focus on puck protection, escapes, deception, and finishing under pressure, while defensemen develop gap control, backward skating, wall battles and first-pass execution. Power skating, stickhandling, passing and shooting are incorporated throughout for both positions.
