About This Activity
Instructor: Balanced Martial Arts Kiya! Go beyond Ninja Turtle skills to develop focus, strength and discipline all while having a blast. Best of Westchester's Sensei's lead kids on the mat to learn blocking, kicking, rolling and other martial arts skills. Students will be given the chance to complete challenge assignments and earn rewards. Students learn martial arts skills as they participate in developmentally appropriate games.
