Instructor: Marina Ford Hit the track and the great outdoors as coaches show students good warm-up and cool-down techniques and tips for developing speed, quickness, and agility. We will use the track and head to scout field to run and enjoy the great outdoors when the weather is nice. When the weather does not cooperate, don't worry, you'll get some valuable experience on the indoor fitness equipment and even run through the school! This class gladly welcomes all ability levels, grades 3-6.
