About This Activity
Instructors: Zhanna Cabrera Math Olympiad (“MOEMS”) is a team-based approach to solving creative and out-of-the-box Math Problems that puts the magic back into math. MOEMS provides the thrill of the discovery, that “Aha!” moment that brings deep satisfaction, of solving a problem and a sense of accomplishment. The goal of MOEMS is to stimulate enthusiasm and a love for Mathematics, introduce important Mathematical concepts, teach major strategies for problem-solving develop Mathematical flexibility in solving problems, strengthen Mathematical intuition, foster Mathematical creativity and ingenuity and to provide the satisfaction, joy, and thrill of meeting challenges. This course runs for 17 weeks.
