About This Activity
Instructor: Maureen Nazaroff Students will complete a yoga activity to work on their flexibility, motor planning, deep breathing and regulation. Yoga mats will be provided to students. Following the yoga task, students will have the opportunity to continue building on their calming energy by coloring a template/ design of choice. They will love this fun, therapeutic class!
