About This Activity
Monday Girls class is changing! (Girls Grades 1-5) Our Mondays class will be a Competitive Gymnastics class that runs year (Sept-May) long. Your athlete will continue working on their skills, technique and strength while learning gymnastics routines to compete throughout the year. This class will compete in additional competitions outside of Sokol the organized ones. Participants will learn skills, progressions and routines through USA gymnastics Xcel Program (bronze, silver, gold).
