Description
Help your child learn to thrive this summer! In this class, we’ll haveloads of fun with various games and activities as well as crafts thatreinforce all sorts of different emotional wellness skills. We will boostour confidence and self-esteem, build up our friends and practiceempathy, celebrate our authenticity and individuality, and learn tofocus our awareness and be present in the moment. Students willlearn take-home strategies for self and situational awareness as wellas grounding techniques that aid in emotional regulation, resilienceagainst change and anxiety, making lasting connections, finding a“zen zone,” and overall emotional well-being.
