About This Activity
Description
Stay active, in shape, and conditioned during the summer monthswith this 3-hour week-long strength and conditioning class. Focuswill be on HIIT (high-intensity interval training) style conditioningto improve speed, agility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscularstrength. Workouts will be bodyweight only and will include warmup and cool down stretching, and workouts in the following formats:stations, circuits, individual/small groups, team style with games/tournaments, and obstacle courses.Class/Camp Secondary Category
