About This Activity
1 day Level: All Levels Let's make Zines! Zines are a form of DIY publishing and a great way to share interests, community messages, or make original mini-books. They also provide a easy and efficient way to provide information to many people and generally easy to make many copies of with a copy machine. Start with a blank 8.5x11" piece of paper and the possibilities are endless! We highly recommend that workshop participants bring materials to collage with for the workshop (Collage materials will be provided). Participants will study a variety of zines, learn basic zine making techniques including the basic 8-page zine and pamphlet style.
