About This Activity
Full Week Program: M-F Spend your week exploring the wonderful world of jewelry and metals! Students will gain a general knowledge of jewelry-making and metalsmithing techniques. Techniques covered will include soldering, piercing, and embellishing in copper and brass. Students must feel comfortable working independently with sharp tools and torches. PROGRAM SCHEDULE What to expect during your vacation program at BAC! We have a jam-packed program full of activities! Here is a general look at our schedule. Students will take breaks throughout the day both inside and outside on the playground in Monmouth Park. Please pack your teen with a lunch and several snacks. Lunch and snacks will NOT be provided. Each class may differ in schedule based on the teacher and the projects planned for that week. DAILY SCHEDULE: 9am - 2pm - Check-In (9am) / Warm-up Activity (9 am) - Project 1 - Snack & Break (15-20 min) - Project 2 - Lunch Break & Outdoor Play (half hour) - Finish Up Projects - Check Out (2pm)
