About This Activity
9 Sessions Explore the colorful world of acrylic painting! In this class, young artists will learn the basics of painting while experimenting with color, brushwork, texture, and composition. Students will practice mixing their own colors and discovering different ways to use brushes and paint to create exciting effects. Through a variety of projects, we’ll paint from observation and imagination, exploring subjects like still lifes, portraits, landscapes, and creative ideas of our own. Along the way, students will build their painting skills, develop their individual style, and gain confidence bringing their ideas to life on canvas. For full session classes (8-10 Sessions), registration remains open until the third class meeting. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or prorated tuition.
