About This Activity
10 Sessions *No class Nov 28 Young artists get a taste of everything in this multidisciplinary studio class. Over 10 weeks, students will sketch still lifes and comic panels, paint watercolor portraits and plein air scenes, and sculpt with cardboard, pipe cleaners, and air-dry clay — finishing with a student gallery show where they display their work and practice speaking about art like real critics. It's a fun, hands-on way for curious 8-11 year-olds to build a broad artistic toolkit and the confidence to talk about what they make. For full session classes (10 Sessions), registration remains open until the third class meeting. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or prorated tuition.
