About This Activity
Advisor: Toghetherhood Email: lazaro@togetherhood.us The Cross Country Clinic will introduce young athletes to the sport in a fun, exciting way. Students will work on developing sound running form, improving strength and coordination, and building confidence through runs of varied distance and speed, drills, exercises, and games. Over the course of the clinic, we will not only develop endurance, efficient technique, and general athleticism, but also learn more about nutrition, injury-prevention, and athletic growth mindset.
