DATES: Mar 21, 28, Apr 4, 11, 18 Instructor: Isa Rodrigues Weaving 104: Garments class is an introduction on how to design and weave small garments on a floor loom. Students will learn how to plan a weaving project, choose fibers based on their qualities, shape a garment on the loom, discover finishing techniques, and leave with a hand-woven garment based on their vision. Depending on the complexity of the weaving project, students may need to come in for Open Studio time outside of class in order to leave with a finished piece. Prerequisites: Weaving 101 and another course or equivalent experience, students should be comfortable with the basics of dressing a loom
