Date: Apr 26 Instructor: EJ Youcha In this workshop participants will learn various stab binding techniques. In this traditional binding style originating in East Asia, stitching simultaneously serves to fasten pages as well as create a beautiful geometric pattern. Examples of artists' books (old and new) using related techniques will be shown to demonstrate further possibilities. ____ Our classes are designed to focus on a learned skill rather than a final product.
