Orientation: DATE & Time to be determined @ 138 S. Oxford Street- Suite #2B -Creative Outlet Summer Camp 2025 * EARLY BIRD SPECIAL -REGISTER FOR 4 WEEKS OR MORE PLUS REGISTRATION FEE AND RECEIVE TUITION FOR $100 PER WEEK- Deadline for early bird special is June 1, 2025. CAMP COST * $50 one-time registration fee *150 Tuition per week *$15 per custom designed T-Shirt (required to purchase 2, recommend 3 T-Shirts) -Late pickup available for a fee - must be paid same day or prior to pickup or at time of pickup -Lunch: parents should send lunch with child (camp doesn’t supply lunch) -Additional Field Trip fees are not included in tuition fees** Parents will be notified ahead of time for Field trips and additional costs. 🤑You can give the trip fees to Ms. Antionette by Cash, Cash App ($antionette34) or Zelle send to 917-995-8085. -Forms of payment on active works website are *credit/debit cards only* Other forms of payment are: * Paypal, Zelle, or Cash App “list child’s name & what payment is for” - send payment to “917-500-8774” any issues or questions call Jamel at same # or email info@creativeoutlet.org *Weekly payments for week is due on the Sunday before week begins. * NO REFUNDS will be given after receipt of weekly payments.
