About This Activity
Get hands-on experience in the everyday life of a BH lower school teacher. Students will learn techniques for encouraging student learning, observe developmental stages of child development and much more. Participants will gather each morning at the upper school to discuss the assignments for the day. Then, participants will work alongside teachers throughout the day, observing students and assisting teachers. Participants have the opportunity of earning 30 community service hours. Participants must be available to attend all 5 days of this internship. This SPARC trip is available to Brook Hill students in 9-12 grade who have a good behavior record and are in good academic standing. † Community service awarded
