About This Activity
Description
Attire will be a leotard or tight shorts/shirt with hair tied back. For any questions regarding attire please email Jade at jaderiley@ymcala.orgThese classes allow children to have a good time while exercising in a safe environment. Strength, flexibility, and agility are increased, as we introduce gymnastic skills and help children build self esteem and confidence.
