About This Activity
This class combines techniques of classical ballet and modern dance. Classes include warm-ups, isolations, stretches, across-the-floor progressions, leaps, turns, and choreography combinations. Exercises focus on increasing flexibility, balance, and strength, rhythms and isolation of body parts, and expressing personal style. Students will also practice precision through across-the-floor patterns, center floor, and short dance routines.
