Attire will be a leotard or tight shorts/shirt with hair tied back. For any questions regarding attire please email Kailey at KaileyJanosko@ymcala.org.These classes allow children to have a good time while exercising in a safe environment. Strength, flexibility, and agility are increased, as we introduce gymnastic skills and help children build self esteem and confidence.
